Frequently asked questions
How do I get Premium?
Premium is currently activated by the Spring Toons team. Reach out through the community and we will get you set up.
When does my Premium activate?
As soon as the premium role lands on your account — usually right after your purchase is confirmed. You do not need to sign out and back in: the premium access page re-checks your session on the spot. Check your premium access
Does Premium renew automatically?
Premium runs for the period you choose when you buy it, and Spring Toons never charges you on its own. If you pick a recurring plan through the store, manage or cancel it there. When Premium lapses you keep your account and library — only the premium perks pause until you renew.
I paid, but chapters are still locked.
Open the premium access page and use Check premium access — it refreshes your session and unlocks premium chapters as soon as the role is active. If nothing changes a few minutes after purchase, contact support with your order details. Open the premium access page
Where do I get help?
The fastest route is the Spring Toons community. For payment problems, include your order number so the team can trace the purchase.
