Synopsis
Betrayed by a friend, Yang Yohan falls into the worst dungeon imaginable: the Abyss. In this monster-infested hellscape, he encounters Lee Hyunmook... one of South Korea's strongest Awakeners, who vanished into the Abyss years ago. "Mr. Hyunmook, you know you can't kill me, right? I'm... I'm human." "A human..." "That's right, I'm human... And so are you." However, the Abyss had already driven Hyunmook half-mad. Relying on the fleeting moments when Hyunmook regains his sanity... Yohan desperately struggles to survive... treating their wounds and scavenging for food. "Every few decades, a certain phenomenon occurs here. I call it the "Overflow." "The Overflow?" "As it approaches, the corruption and madness intensify... just as it did to me earlier." But when the Overflow suddenly arrives... Hyunmook loses his mind completely. "You're a sheep. Why aren't you bleating?" "I-I'm not a sheep, my name is Yang Yohan..." "My sweet little lamb." The harsh environment of the Abyss, a festering leg wound... and terrifying monsters howling for his blood were bad enough. Now he has to deal with a madman's erratic antics... Thus begins Yohan's tear-soaked journey to escape the Abyss!
