Winter Season

Synopsis

Lee Hyun’s daily life was no different than usual that day. That is, until Seunghyeok, who had left her life nine years ago, suddenly appeared. “Were we selling… holes here too? Never knew the guy would even sell grown men’s asses for money.” Seunghyeok appeared as the owner of Club Nexus, where Lee Hyun worked. The moment they faced each other, he spat out harsh words and looked at her with eyes full of disgust, as if he had seen something filthy… “Then why are you looking at someone like that? It’ll hurt them. I’m just giving an old friend a good opportunity after a long time.” It’s true that misfortune never comes alone. After meeting Seunghyeok, Lee Hyun’s life began to spiral into chaos. Their connection, though fragile, clung to them like a thin thread that refused to break. “If you need money, just say it. That desperate to need money you earned by beating people up?” Did he look at me with the same disgusted eyes back then as he does now? What expression did he have? What kind of gaze did he throw at me… This tenacious, lingering old connection began to strangle Lee Hyun. “…It’s been a while, Seunghyeok.”
